I've had a reoccurring plumbing issue (clog) that multiple different plumbers have come out for and have cleared, but havn't fixed for future occurances. We hired Dupage home services for a sillcock ( water spigot ) replacement of a 40 year old leaking sillcock that is in our garage and between a very thin separation wall as well as adding an access panel Tim and his crew showed up on time and were very professional , courteous and knowledgeable. The job was completed in a very timely manor with no shortcuts taken on parts or installation and no mess left behind. Would not hesitate to use this company and their services for any future home repairs or installations , They were accommodating to my work schedule and budget. His pricing was very reasonable and affordable and the job was done professionally and cleanly . Scheduled an appointment for them to originally come replace a corroded tub drain. Asked them to take a look at a shower we were having issues with while they were coming out, they obliged without hesitation. Got a call and they arrived promptly. Explained the issues and even politely apologized that they would have to go through the ceiling to fix the issue. Which he mentioned could be a possibility when we originally called so I wasn’t surprised. The part we purchased was defected so they ran quickly to get a new part/the valve for the shower we added last minute. Arrived back promptly and worked diligently. They were thorough and checked their work along the way for leaks and again before leaving. They were friendly/respectfully and would definitely recommend these guys! They were great workers!
